- The personal primarily responsible for the grant.
- A Creative Producer (book publisher, fine crafts person, interactive/digital producer, performing artist, recording artist, screen-based producer, or visual artist).

Funding through the Creative Saskatchewan Investment Fund grant program is available only to Saskatchewan corporations, individuals and associations. For the definitions of eligibility, please see the Investment Fund Guidelines at www.creativesask.ca. Creative Saskatchewan may require Applicants to provide an annual notice of assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency to confirm residency in the Province of Saskatchewan.
